1- Use to heal Acne 

For treating acne you will need:

  • 1 teaspoon 
  • 1 teaspoon water

How to use it?

Mix the baking soda and water into a fine paste. Wash your hands and face. Pat dry with a clean towel. Now gently massage the paste onto the affected areas like your nose and cheeks. It doesn’t matter if it’s whiteheads, blackheads or pimples. This paste will clear all of them.

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Water

How to use it? 

Mix both baking soda and water till you get a runny paste. Clean your neck and pat dry with a clean towel. Now apply the paste you made and leave on for approximately 15 minutes. Wash your neck with cool water and then apply non-comedogenic moisturizer.

You can use this formula daily until you notice your neck skin lighten up. Once you see the difference, you can opt for twice a week so the complexion is maintained. You can also use this treatment to lighten up the dark skin of your knees and elbows.

  • 1 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Mix both coconut oil and baking soda and make a smooth paste. Apply this paste to the affected area and leave on for approximately 5 minutes. Rinse affected areas gently with cool water. You can apply daily till the rash gets better.

1:1 ratio of baking soda and liquid castile soap.
